Retired museum director, Carol Majahad will present on 19th Century Quaker dress, both generally what set Quakers of Whittier’s day apart from other dressing styles and specifically what she’s learned from examining a Quaker dress from our collection.

This lecture will be held in the Gus Reusch Welcome Center at the Whittier Birthplace. Thanks to the support of the Haverhill Cultural Council there is no admission fee to attend.
